Just went through the plans?
Get the material bought. It has the longest lead time and the least control, and it's the one thing that can't be fixed with overtime later. If you want us on site while you're working it out, just ask.
Millwork still in production?
We template once the cabinets are set and level, so there's time yet. Use it to get the material purchased and sitting in our warehouse.
Long timeline ahead?
We've held material for months, indoors and safe, until the site was ready. When a job needs slabs that match, you don't want to find out late that the lot is gone.
The pages that matter
Shop drawings, elevations, and the countertop spec. You don't need to send the whole set. The pages covering our scope are all we need.
What's specced
Material, brand, color, edge, and thickness. If it's still open, tell us and we'll work with what you have.
Your schedule
When you need it in. If the date is tight, say so up front.
Do you work directly with millwork shops?
Yes. A good share of our commercial work comes through millwork and cabinet shops.
Do you produce shop drawings?
For our scope, yes. After templating we produce drawings for the countertop work and send them for approval before we fabricate.
Can you work on union sites
We're not a union shop. When a site requires it, we bring in union installers.
What's your lead time?
Once the site is ready, we template, send drawings for approval, then fabricate. Installation typically follows within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on size and complexity.
Can you get into a Boston high-rise?
Yes. Freight elevators, loading dock windows, and restricted hours are normal for us.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, a $5 million umbrella over high underlying limits. We'll send a certificate before we mobilize.
Do you fabricate Dekton and other ultracompact materials?
Yes, in house. Same for large-format porcelain
Do you set sinks?
We mount them. Plumbing hookups and faucets are the plumber's scope.
Who handles support for deep overhangs
That's the GC's scope. We fabricate and install the top.
How do you lay out the cuts?
We lay out every cut digitally on an image of your actual slab, so you see the seams and pattern flow before we fabricate.
Do you serve my town?
Mostly MetroWest and Greater Boston, but we go all over Massachusetts, and we're willing to travel anywhere in New England for the right job.
